Currently, we deliver our products to selected locations within:

• Dehradun and nearby areas
• Selected regions in Uttarakhand and Western Uttar Pradesh

Delivery availability depends on serviceability and product freshness requirements.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation
• Orders placed after cut-off time may be processed the next business day
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Fresh Milk & Daily Dairy Products: Delivered as per selected delivery schedule
• Ghee & Non-Perishable Products: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, location accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout
• Free delivery may be available for selected products or order values

Delivery Process

• Orders are delivered using our in-house or trusted local delivery partners
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive perishable items
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may not be eligible for refund

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate
• Sahiwals Pride is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Re-delivery may incur additional charges

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status using the Track Order feature on our website by entering your Order ID and billing email.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or an item is missing:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide your Order ID along with photos of the received package
